What we cannot help with
We are a comparison site, not a casino. We do not hold accounts, take deposits or run games, so we cannot check a balance, release a withdrawal, unlock an account or settle a dispute with an operator. Those all sit with the casino you signed up to.
If a casino is not answering you, contact its licensing regulator. The regulator is named on the casino’s own site, usually in the footer, and every licence carries a complaints procedure the operator must follow.
